Intentional Interim Ministry
In times of transition, congregations have the opportunity to assess their mission and ministries and to move forward in sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. Times of pastoral transition are not times for taking a breather from the work of ministry but rather are times for congregations to listen more carefully to the call of God and to make the adjustments in the programs of nurture and outreach that will enable them to be more effective proclaimers of the Gospel.

Intentional Interim Ministry is much more than pulpit supply and fill in pastoral care. It is a dynamic program of helping congregations take a look at who they are, what their mission field is and what ministries God is calling them to continue, what new ministries need to started and what may have to be given up. This interim time is a time of great possibilities.
